Moto Kids Camp
Moto Kids Camp is a 4-day summer dirt bike camp for young riders who want to spend their week riding, learning, and having fun at Gopher Dunes. Campers will build their riding skills through guided instruction and supervised ride time while learning important techniques like cornering, braking, body position, and overall bike control.
Throughout the week, riders will have plenty of time on the tracks along with fun off-bike activities, games, and team challenges that bring the group together. It’s the perfect mix of skill development, outdoor adventure, and classic summer camp energy for kids who love riding.

Tough Mudder/Spartan
TOUGH MUDDER/SPARTAN RACE
Get ready for a full weekend of world-class obstacle course racing as Gopher Dunes transforms into one of Ontario’s most intense endurance event venues. This action-packed weekend features two completely different race experiences across two days - each bringing its own unique challenges, terrain, and energy.
Saturday, September 12 - Tough Mudder Toronto:
Saturday kicks off with Tough Mudder Toronto, an endurance-based obstacle course built to test both physical strength and mental grit. Set across Gopher Dunes’ rugged sand tracks, trails, and wooded terrain, participants can take on either a 5K or 15K course packed with obstacles designed to challenge teamwork, resilience, and endurance.
Expect mud, water, climbs, crawls, and signature obstacles that push you outside your comfort zone. Tough Mudder is all about camaraderie - whether you're racing with friends or helping strangers through obstacles, the goal is to finish together.
Sunday, September 13 - Spartan Race London:
Overnight, the entire facility is fully transformed into a brand-new course as Spartan takes over for Sunday’s race. The terrain is completely remodeled to deliver a faster, more competitive obstacle racing experience focused on performance, speed, and grit.
Spartan races are known for combining trail running with functional obstacles, pushing athletes through challenging terrain, elevation changes, and strength-based challenges. Participants race individually or competitively, aiming to conquer the course and earn their Spartan finisher medal.
What to Expect All Weekend:
Two completely different race formats on back-to-back days
Ever-changing terrain across sand, trails, and wooded sections
Thousands of participants and spectators
High-energy atmosphere with vendors, activations, and event village
Camping available on-site for the full weekend experience
FEES:
Registration must be done so in advance at either Tough Mudder or Spartan
Overnight Camping: $35/vehicle per night

Spring Open House & Swap Meet
Gopher Dunes Open House
The countdown to the season is on, and one of the most exciting days of the year at the dunes is back. Join us for the Gopher Dunes Open House - a full day built around the moto community, bringing riders, families, vendors, and fans together to kick off the season.
This is your chance to spend the day exploring everything happening around the facility. Walk through the grounds, meet fellow riders, and check out a variety of industry vendors including Fox, Monster, and more. Throughout the day you can enjoy food trucks, take advantage of exclusive sales inside the Pro Shop, and enter raffles and giveaways happening throughout the event.
Make sure to stop inside and check out the newly renovated Gopher Dunes Pro Shop, which has been refreshed for the 2026 season. It’s the perfect time to browse new gear, pick up essentials before the riding season begins, and see the new look in person.
If you're a 2026 Member, the Open House is also the ideal time to pick up your 2026 member hat, connect with the community, and get ready for the season ahead. Whether you're a longtime member, a new rider, or simply someone who loves the moto scene, the Open House is the perfect way to start the year at the dunes.
Gopher Dunes Swap Meet
One of the biggest highlights of the Open House is our legendary Gopher Dunes Swap Meet, where the moto community comes together to buy, sell, and trade everything dirt bike related.
Expect rows of tables, trucks, and tents packed with motocross gear, riding apparel, bike parts, tools, accessories, vintage gear, collectibles, used bikes, and hidden gems you might not find anywhere else. It’s the perfect place to hunt for deals, track down hard-to-find parts, or score some gear for the upcoming riding season.
If you’ve got a garage full of extra gear, old parts, or equipment collecting dust, this is your chance to turn it into cash. Simply bring a table, a tent, or even just sell right out of the back of your truck. There’s no additional vendor setup fee - all you need is the $3 Open House admission to participate.
The Swap Meet has become a tradition at the dunes, bringing together riders, racers, collectors, and bargain hunters from all over. Whether you're searching for your next piece of gear or just love digging through tables of moto treasures, there’s always something interesting to discover.
